Is it difficult to customize Bootstrap?

Design

1) Bootstrap supports 4 resolutions. Is it difficult to add a fifth?
2) Bootstrap has certain default permission settings. Is it difficult to change them? Let's say not 1170 for desktop, but 1100 (just for example).
3) Bootstrap has fixed column padding by default, which is the same in all resolutions. Is it difficult for each permission to set its own padding?
4) The bootstrap has floating column widths in percentages and fixed paddings in pixels. Is padding difficult to do the same in percentages?
I ask as a designer, so as not to complicate the life of the developers too much.

1) you can’t do 5 (but you can change 4 which are here getbootstrap.com/customize/#media-queries-breakpoints)
2) it’s not difficult. done here getbootstrap.com/customize/#container-sizes
3) is not difficult. done here getbootstrap.com/customize/#grid-system
4) you can change them, but I haven't tried it in %. You can experiment yourself in the same place in the customizer.
