Is it correct to use a second site after merging a domain?

Good day.
It's no secret that a domain name to some extent affects the position.
People even sometimes buy domain names for the purpose of gluing.
And for me it always seemed like a connection of two sites into one, but what happens if, after gluing, I move the files from site 2 to another domain?
The question is divided into 3 parts:
1) Is it correct to glue the domain names site1.ru and site2.ru to display the content of site1, and put the content from site2 on another domain?
2) Will this site3.ru with site2 content be subject to any sanctions for completely copying content from a previously existing site2.ru?
3) Will this site3.ru with site2 content sanction site1 (with glued domain names site1.ru and site2.ru)?

a secret for me. His story - yes, but the name itself?
search engines are not interested in files, they are interested in addresses and the content that they get from them
Which other? site3? This is a new domain, what is this domain? For whom is it correct? What is the purpose?
Check. I think that since site2 no longer has this content, then no. If spaced apart in time, then life should be normal, but this is guesswork, I don’t think that someone conducted such experiments.
I don’t see the reasons, I didn’t understand your logic, what does site1 have to do with it?
PS: Why this infernal scheme? You are unlikely to get something good from these manipulations, and there is a risk of getting negative. Meaning? It's like "whether to insert an hdmi adapter into your ass." After all, no one has tried it, suddenly it will give an advantage. Hardly, rather it will not be comfortable to sit. Although no one has checked and there is a possibility.
