There was an online store with subdomains for the regions, Yandex indexed them perfectly and they had traffic and orders. So that there were no duplicates with the main domain, there were city registrations everywhere, unique text on the main page and in contacts (different pickup points)
We updated the design of the online store and, due to an oversight, for the first couple of weeks there were no unique city registrations and the contact page was the same for all subdomains . Corrections were made, but for the second month, traffic from subdomains has not returned in any way and the positions have not recovered.
How can I speed up the ungluing of subdomains?
I really do not want to roll back to the old version of the site.

Add all subdomains to I-Webmaster.
Submit pages with unique content for re-crawl.
Glue mirrors if they are glued in I-Webmaster.
