Is it bad to plug 2 usb devices into one usb port?

I want to branch one USB port into two connectors (forced collective farming), but I will always stick the device into only one connector. Nothing will burn if someone accidentally plugs another device into the second slot?

Do not write to me about the hub. If I wanted to install it, I would install it without you.
For those who are especially dull: I will connect the adapter from the mouse to one 4 wires. I will connect the ports on the right to the second 4 wires, in the photo
Nothing bad will happen if I then plug 2 flash drives into that port at the same time. Or 2 phones.
Or hadron collider

In your photo, the connector to the motherboard is two USB. And in general, the USB connectors on the motherboard are 9 pins - two USB.

Physical branching will not work for you, because. via USB, you can connect either one active device, or a hub with restrictions on the operation of those already connected to it.
You will have to farm by reassembling the finished USB hub and installing it inside the laptop, and you will have space on the board + 2 connectors only when replacing the drive with a plug.
