2. Document confirming the level of education
3. Characteristics

What is the point of asking them for such documents?
Have an explanatory conversation at the beginning about adequacy and what will be the punishment for inadequacy (for example, punishment with a ruble or exclusion from the team). And bothering with documents you only spend extra nerves.
