How to protect 1C software licenses in a VMware vSphere 6 cluster from "hardware change" during VM migration?

Hello
, I constantly encounter the problem of "rally" of 1C software licenses in a VMware cluster after migrating virtual machines. 1C writes in the logs that the processors are changing.
As I understand it, this problem is relevant in all virtualization environments with DRS technology.
The 1C servers themselves on ESXi 5.1U3 hosts, vCenter'a policies stipulate that they be on a group of two servers of the same model, in case one crashes and restarts on the other. These servers have VMware Tools software installed.
From what I found on the Internet, this is moving the licensing server to a separate bare metal server, but I don’t want to do this, because our entire infrastructure is virtualized, and the servers are quite powerful. And break too, as this is a violation of the license policy.
Thank you!

The issue can be solved by using hardware keys and forwarding them inside the VM using Anywhere USB.

I'm afraid this is just a bottleneck in software licenses and there's no way to fight it.
Of course, you can write in SAP 1C, but I'm afraid it won't save you much.

In VMWare, this setting is configured at the virtualization host cluster level and is called Enhanced vMotion Capability (EVC).
