Is ISPmanager blocking IP installation?

Good afternoon everyone! Recently, there is a real server at home, ISPmanager is installed on it.

If during installation I set the IP address in the router according to the MAC address of the server, and the server has the IP address assigned by the router, now it is not possible to change the server IP address, but for now, as far as I understand, it will not be possible to change the address, there will be no access to the network ?

I tried to change the IP using netplan, through which the IP address was originally set, and Ihttps, as the ISPmanager support said. All actions do not lead to a result.

If you try to change the listing for the panel, it does not work, because the IP remains the same and the router does not see the server and, accordingly, does not provide access to the network.

Maybe there is an experience of changing the IP-server with the ISPmanager panel? Please share.

Operating system - Ubuntu Server 20.04.
