How to connect local storage in Nextcloud 19?

Good afternoon.
How to add local storages correctly?
Installed Nextcloud 19 via snap on ubuntu server 20.04. In the application settings, I added External storage support, created a local storage, and specified the path to the folder in the storage settings. In the folder settings, I set the rights to chmod 777. I immediately installed smbclient, but the reminder "Module "smbclient" is not installed" did not go away.

I encountered the fact that when uploading a file to local storage in Nextcloud through my personal account, I get an error Exception:Error while copying file to target location, and such messages in the log

. I'm doing something wrong. What can I do to make local folders work?

@Stttt

1. Look at the owner and the group of the folder where nextcloud is installed (ls -l), plus the user must be in the www listener group (nginx or www-data). You PHP does not have access rights (last line)
2. Give the same user / owner to the specified folders
SMB client is needed for remote control. If anything - here it will suggest more thoughts)
