Is high fan rotation bad in Diablo 3?

Hello!
I decided to remember the past and launched 2015 i5/8GB/IRIS PRO 6100 Diablo 3 on the MBP 13 "
.
play if the poppy is spinning and spinning like that? Or should I put everything on the minimum? The game goes without lags, but the poppy was spinning so much that it could form a funnel.

As an option, you can use a laptop cooling pad:
And, if possible, replace the thermal paste and clean the laptop cooling system from dust. Helps in most cases.
