How to get rid of AirPlay sound interruption on MacBook Pro over WiFi?

There is a MacBook Pro 2014 mid with yosemite + AppleTV 3 + Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD router.
I switch the sound output on the poppy from the built-in speakers to appletv via airplay. Through a variety of experiments, I found that the sound constantly stutters while the poppy is connected to the network via wi-fi. As soon as I connect via ethernet, it stops stuttering. Being chained to an ethernet outlet is not the best option. The following recipes from the internet for this problem have been tried (without success):

  1. Disable bluetooth on mac.
  2. sudo ifconfig awdl0 down (Disabling Apple Wireless Direct Link)
  3. SMC & NVRAM reset
  4. Apple TV factory reset
  5. Connecting AppleTV via ethernet
  6. Reboots, switching wi-fi, different frequencies (2 and 5 GHz), different points

Circle narrowed to macbook wi-fi: the problem reproduces as long as the mac is connected via wi-fi and no other environment changes affect the problem. No torrents are running in the background. I don't remember such problems on mavericks. The network writes that the problem was noticed when yosemite was still in beta, but it was not solved either by the release or after it. There are enough reviews on the forums about the problem, but only a few were able to overcome it (one of the list options), but some later unsubscribed that the problem had returned.
Has anyone by any chance solved this for themselves?
UPD: AirPlay from all iPads, iPhone at home plays without a hitch. The problem is definitely in the macbook.

@ensaid

1) Try to update the wi-fi drivers
2) Switch the router to the 5GHz frequency range, and completely reboot all devices
3) is it not an option to roll back to the previous version of the OS?

@Bubbleology

There were stutters in a bunch of Note WIN iTunes + AirPort Express (1st gen.), It was decided by setting the Multicast rate - 11Mbps (the default was 2Mbps)
