Wi-Fi router: there is Internet via an ethernet cable, but it does not give over the air. What is the problem?

Good day toasters and toasters!
Bottom line: (I see this for the first time):
my girlfriend has a Wi-Fi router (D-LINK if memory serves). Distributes Wi-Fi. Internet is paid. Ipad and my laptop are connected, everything is "good", but it does not let me into the Internet (categorically). I connect via a network cable - it works fine. I went to the admin panel - everything seems to be standard. I get IP-shniks "automatically" on the laptop, everything is also written in the router itself (the Internet works). When I clear the list (in the admin panel of the router) of previously connected devices (where their MAC addresses are registered + subsequent reboot), I can already climb the Internet via Wi-Fi. After about an hour or two, again - there is a connection, but there is no Internet. What's the problem??
ps if a regular android smartphone is connected, then everything is fine, it lets you into the Internet.
p.s.s. the date was set in the router (1 hour ahead) (due to daylight saving time), I fixed it, but the result is the same

@Janus74

1. Router model
2. Are there many other wi-fi networks around? 3. when the Internet disappears, do "ping ip_address_of the
router -t" and "ping ya.ru -t"
. Or weak iron and it hangs stupidly.
