Is hardware compatible with this motherboard?
Hello. My mother died, I'm looking for a temporary replacement from used parts. I found a couple, but I don’t know if the mother will fit my retro hardware.
In general, there are two 2.4 GHz Intel core processors, an Nvidia geforce 9500gt video, and two ddr2 memory sticks of 2 GB each. I don't know if they are compatible with motherboards below or not?
Tell me please, I'm completely 0 in hardware.
Here is the first motherboard:

And here is the second:

It seems that the socket is also 755, and the memory is 2 generations, but I don’t know how with the video.

Where did you find the second motherboard? Both ads have the same 775XFire-RAID
No, it doesn't know any Core 2: www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/775XFire-RAID/?cat=CPU
Video - no problem, any PCI-E x16 of any standard should start.
Memory - 2x2GB, I remember, any board from those who know how to Core 2 will accept.
The processor is a problem. Each candidate must be checked against the compatibility list. There is only one socket by name - LGA775 - but there are a huge bunch of them incompatible with each other. Look for chipsets to start with: P31, P33, P35, G31, G33, G35, P41, P43, P45, G41, G43, G45 should be compatible with Core 2 (because peers), most P965 were compatible (but maybe BIOS update only).
