Is everything okay with my SSD?

Disk Utility has this output:
9d0aaa5948fd4175a3814476f92e1e7e.png
I'm a little scared by the words "Old-age" and "Pre-fail" in the "Type" column.
At the same time, judging by the "Value" column, everything seems to be fine, there are zeros in the corresponding lines.
Is it time for me to migrate my data to a new drive?

@Xazzzi

everything is OK,
Old-age - means that this value increases with time and this is the norm (for example, powe-on Hours)
Pre-fail - means that these are errors and indicates an imminent "death" (if the values increase, for example, Read Error)
