If you are developing Nexus devices, the procedure becomes easier. Full instructions for preparing your environment and building AOSP can be found here: source.android.com/source/building.html
After downloading the sources, you will also need to purchase proprietary devices, which you can find here: https://developers.google.com /android/nexus/drivers enter link description here

Some kind of pointless idea ... if you really need some kind of simple, compact and cheap web server, then look towards the Raspberry Pi, in terms of reliability and flexibility it is a hundred points ahead ...
