Is everyone's Mac 12 retina 2015 falling apart?
Such a problem with an open lid, with a slight turn or shaking, something dangles inside something massive, from the side of the matrix. I wrote to support and they said to take it to a service center (it is the only one in our city), I took it and received a refusal with the wording "refusal of warranty service (cosmetic defect, not covered by warranty)". In those support, they say to send it to another service center, and it is 1000 km away, and if they say that there is a problem, they will repair it, which, as I understand it, is unlikely. But there shouldn’t be something hanging inside the laptop for that kind of money and it’s not a fact that it won’t go further, the guarantee is until February 27, 2017. Tell me how to be and where to go.

I called the apple hotline 8800 333 5173, they say they will solve my problem, they say there are many such cases, usually they just change the laptop to the same one. They asked me to shoot a video to send them, in general, I'll see what happens next.
They just want to cheat you in the SC for loot, the guarantee will end soon, and then they will patch you up for money. Cosmetic - this is when scratches, stains. If something dangles inside, then it's definitely not cosmetic. Go to your SC, demand an act of work performed and a diagnostic result. There you should write what and why it rattles, whether repairs are possible, etc. Call support and find out how to fix this problem. If they do not give, then write a claim directly to the SC in 2 copies, the SC employee must sign on receiving a copy. It happens that they refuse to sign, then send it through the mail with a notification, then go to court, in addition to repairs, demand moral compensation for 20k and a fine for the organization. True, the SC is unlikely to reach this, tk. comes out very expensive. Don't worry about the warranty if you're right
