How to Properly Maintain Your Macbook Pro Retina Battery?

I use Macbook Pro 13 Retina mid 2014. The laptop is constantly connected to the electrical network. I work from the battery if there is absolutely no way to connect to the network. MacBook is about a year and four months old, the number of cycles is 108. How to maximize battery life? How critical is it to keep the charge level at 100 percent and constantly work from the network? Thanks

My Mac Pro has been running for over two years now, running on battery most of the time. Now there are no problems, it holds for a long time, but it is recommended, if possible, to work from the network
