SSD Upgrade MacBook White Mid 2009?
Hello. I have a MacBook Pro 2017 Non Touch Bar and a MacBook White Mid 2009 on my hands. I want to upgrade the ssd on the firmware, and stick this bar into the old macbook. Is it possible to do this? Does such an adapter exist in nature? And if so, will an old mac read that ssd? Thank you.

I doubt.
In addition, the speed will still be limited by SATA3.
Just put a good SSD in there.
