Mining is legal. Withdrawal to real money - no. Exchange for goods with a non-resident of Russia is also not directly prohibited, although it is not worth exchanging for a completely physical product =)

Anything that is not prohibited is not a violation.
There are currently no bans.
However, this does not mean that you will not attract attention to yourself, there will be no checks, etc.
