Is Beeline doing something with Google's IP or am I paranoid?

Actually today, once again, my mobile Internet was stupid on the beeline (nothing was opened except Google), I once again got to ping Google's DNS (8.8.8.8) - he responded. Then I decided to ping the address google.com and was somewhat surprised

$ ping google.com
PING google.com (95.30.218.30) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 95-30-218-30.broadband.corbina.ru (95.30.218.30): icmp_req=1 ttl=55 time=47.6 ms
64 bytes from 95-30-218-30.broadband.corbina.ru (95.30 .218.30): icmp_req=2 ttl=55 time=37.1 ms
64 bytes
