Wrong redirect in Google Search Console, how to fix?

Hello everyone, I added a site to the Google Search Console and I got so many errors associated with incorrect redirects, the error text is as follows:

Users are redirected to an irrelevant landing page instead of the original page optimized for smartphones. If these pages don't have smartphone-optimized versions, show the same pages as they do for desktop. Redirecting to irrelevant pages can worsen the ranking of the site.

How can this be fixed? Maybe another redirect code needs to be put?
