Is anyone already working through a patent "for IT people"?

Hello!
In many regions, you can already buy a patent for this type of activity:

"Provision of services (performance of works) for the development of computer programs and databases (software and information products of computer technology), their adaptation and modification"

As far as I know, this is much simpler than IP on the simplified tax system. Interested in how it really is.
Thanks
UPD, having studied this issue thoroughly, I realized that it is less hemorrhagic to have a regular simplified tax system, although with large incomes in terms of money, of course, a patent is more profitable. But the simplified tax system has a significant plus - you only need to pay from real income, and you can also deduct fixed contributions. Also, the simplified tax system has no restrictions on regions and types of activities.

A patent is essentially an analogue of UTII. Those. regional authorities determine how much one individual entrepreneur without employees can earn in a year, take 6% of this amount - the annual cost of a patent is obtained. You also need to understand that only an individual entrepreneur can use a patent, and this is not a replacement for the USN (or DOS), but its addition. Those. for patented activities, you pay a fixed amount of taxes, and for the rest, as before, 6% on income or 15% on income minus expenses.
We have been working on this patent since March of this year (the news was clicked). We (Tomsk Region) have a patent value for this type of activity of 12,000/year, i.e. it is assumed that an individual entrepreneur without employees can earn <= 200 tr. in a year.
Because An individual entrepreneur without employees annually pays mandatory, fixed contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (in 2015, about 21 thousand rubles), and can deduct 100% of these contributions when paying tax, it turns out that from an income of ~ 350 thousand rubles (with a simplified tax system of 6%). you pay tax whether you earned the money or not.
Accordingly, a patent makes sense if your annual income > 550t.r. (350+200), i.e. 45t, r/month . In my opinion, if you, working in this industry, earn less than 45 thousand rubles a month, you need to quit this disastrous business and go get a job.
Over the past year, I paid 100t.r + taxes, and thanks to the patent, I hope to meet 30 kopecks. At the same time, at 350t.r. this year we can sell non-development services, and for 60 million development services, and we will pay only 30 thousand rubles. taxes

no, of course
, those who wanted to legalize have long been with SP or LLC, and those who do not will continue to work in the black, since there is no point in paying for a patent.

Update.
For the first time in 4 years, the tax authorities decided to check. At first they insisted that foreign customers do not enter the territory of the patent, now they demanded an offer agreement and all acts.
I'll write how it ends.
Update 2.
Test passed, no complaints.

What's stopping you from working on a contract?

Legal work implies legal withdrawal of money.
If we are talking about foreign freelancing, then without an individual entrepreneur or LLC you will not do it anyway.
You still need to send money to a bank account and go through currency control.
And currency control will not give money to just an individual.

No, it makes no sense to work on a patent. To reach a comparable level of tax payments under the simplified tax system and a patent, you need to have an income of ~ 1.3 million / year. In this case, there will be no difference in payments. If the income is higher, then the patent is already more profitable.
For my, Kirov, region, the amount looks wild. The total income from the patent is 770k / year. Mlyn, repair and maintenance of office equipment - only 320 k / year. At the same time, the average salary of the same web developer in Kirov is no more than 40k / month. Where the responsible gentlemen get these figures from is not clear.

You can see how much a patent will cost in your region here https://patent.nalog.ru/info/
The type of activity (OKVED) is called " Provision of services (performance of work) for the development of computer programs and databases (software and information products for computing techniques), their adaptations and modifications "
In terms of benefits - it depends on the place of registration of IP. The benefit depends on the earnings of the IP for the year, of course. Even a patent in Moscow can pay off with the income of a Moscow IP, let's say 400 + tr / month. For St. Petersburg, a patent costs 60 tr. this year, that is, with incomes of 100 tr./month, it is already profitable. And in Chelyabinsk (for example), if the IP is freshly registered and applies a patent, then the first two years the rate is 0%, and then 22620 r / year. In some other regions there are also all sorts of benefits and buns.
With a patent, in particular, an individual entrepreneur does not need to submit a declaration and there is a little less paper fuss. It's kind of a bonus too.
