How convenient is it to work with the development of programs and websites to order on the basis of a subcontract agreement with an individual?
Or is it still strongly recommended to do IP?

There is no real difference other than taxes. an individual entrepreneur can pay 6% on a simplified system, an individual must pay 18%.
