Is an http link to an https site broken?

The site contains articles with links to other sites in the form of http.
For example, en.wikipedia.org/sdsfsdfsv/asdc/adc/asdv
Now Wikipedia does not use the http protocol, but uses https.
Any site analyzers, for example, xenu (but others too) consider such links ru.wikipedia.org/ssdf/fsdfd... broken, although they open normally, but already as https.
Does it need to be done somehow? Is there a problem?
My problem is that the site analyzer says that the site contains, say, 1000 broken links, and of these, about 30% are like that. How can I filter them so that I don't even consider them?

The links are actually broken. A redirect may or may not exist, on port 80 it may be that no one will wait for anyone. But most likely the problem is that the analyzer does not understand how to process the redirect, that's all.
