Is amnesty from read-only possible?

Back in 2012, my habr account was transferred to read-only status, the reason: obscene language in the comments.
In the yard of 2015 - a lot of interesting things are happening, including with TM projects. For some articles, there is a desire to unsubscribe in the comments, censorship :)
