Hello. I am writing an rss reader in go. The problem is that the description tag for some news looks like this:

Strange characters in the html code are eventually displayed on the page as mathematical formulas. Of course, if I try to just copy this code, then only symbols (without formulas) are displayed in my browser.
How habr translates these characters into formulas?

Weird question. You say "incomprehensible characters" but in the same place the author simply inserted a picture generated on tex.s2cms.ru .
