Is 5400 rpm much different from 7200 when choosing a hard drive?

My hard drive crashed from 7200 rpm, I looked at 5400, will it be much different in terms of work?

Will there be much difference in terms of work?
It feels like the 5400 will slow down just as much as the 7200.

@efkot

In laptops, almost always 5400, so when you change to 7200, a noticeable difference is noticeable.

A screw (ST9500423AS, 7200) flew off half a year ago, I took the cheapest one at that time (WD3200LPVX, 5400) as a replacement, by eye - the difference is only in a slightly longer laptop load, and in operation it is imperceptible that 7200 is 5400.
