Is 1920x1080 a good resolution for a 21.5-inch monitor?

Today I bought a monitor with a diagonal of 21.5 inches and a resolution of 1920-1080. Something in general is very embarrassing that on many sites, including VK, most of the sides are white. Do you think it is convenient, will I get used to it? I'm just thinking of exchanging for a laptop with a 17-inch screen or even take a smaller monitor! Is this monitor harmful to the eyes?
Previously, I used a 15.6-inch laptop and an 18-inch square monitor.55f87478e04a4beaeeea402c04ba72db.png4ea133a6d7f64977aaf4db22cf77b821.png

I set myself a scale of 125% for all pages in the browser ...
And after that you will get used to such a monitor anyway!

I am using a 23 inch monitor. Resolution 1920-1080, before that it was like 17-18. Used to.

1920x1200 is just perfect for a developer. In general, ease of use depends on the tasks. What are your tasks?

And you do not open the browser window to full screen and you will be happy. I have already unlearned this, it has become more convenient.

1920x1080 looks great on diagonals up to 27'' inclusive.
