It all depends on the curvature of the engine and the amount of data.
I regularly encountered the fact that on some well-known popular engines, a store for several tens of thousands of products generated each page for 5-10 seconds and ate up a lot of memory.
Given that when I myself made such custom engines from scratch, the pages were generated in a few tens of milliseconds, without any caching, and consumed a few megabytes at most.
It all depends on the architecture of the engine, and the optimality of queries to the database.

Will there be enough cars with 4 wheels to transport crushed stone? What is the shop engine? Estimated number of items? Estimated user load per day/per second? Where do the hands of the programmer and the admin grow, who will adapt this whole thing to your needs?

For $ 38 a month would be enough, but a year: well, such prices do not inspire confidence.
