Connecting to a remote desktop, so as not to interfere with the user behind this PC?

Hello everyone, I need advice on how to properly connect to a remote desktop so as not to interfere with the user. What is the situation, there is a PC in our network, but without access to the Internet, on this PC the program for administering the turnstile at the checkpoint is running, and the guard will also look at the surveillance cameras outside the territory. At the moment I connect to this PC via (remote desktop), but when I connect accordingly this PC will be blocked. The question is how to connect to this PC so that we do not interfere with each other, so that I do not interfere with watching video on surveillance cameras, and I can administer the turnstile? OS Windows 7 Ultimate.

There is a small crutch that will allow different users to work simultaneously.
But accounts should be different, each has its own.

Install a server OS instead of a client OS. With a client OS, such a trick will not work if you do not violate licenses.

Elementary - connect under a different user and you will not interfere.
Although, of course, the question arises here what is considered interference - your work on a PC will in any case consume resources that may not be enough for another user. So it won't work without interference.

Why would he block? How will you work then if it is blocked?
so that I do not interfere with watching the video on the surveillance cameras, and I could administer the turnstile?
Connect to the PC under different users, make sure that your OS supports more than one user at the same time.

Under these conditions, the problem has no solution. Windows is a system for games, for work, and even more so for multi-user work, it is not intended from the word at all.
If you put the server version (which costs quite different money) - there will be such an opportunity - one console and two remote connections.
For normal Windows, this can only be done by violating the license.

You can put lite manager and 2 monitors, on one monitor of the camera, on the other you. You are connecting to the same session as the employee. Lite manager free, for legal entities up to 10 PCs
