There are 100 machines on Windows 10, they need to connect 1 network printer. How to do something like "Print Gateway"? Without Using AD

If without GPO and other things, then PowerShell will help. Connect via scripts locally to the printer by ip-address, there should be no problems.

1. you connect the printer to the PC.
2. you put on the printer you add different drivers to the printer.
3. you create a dox file with instructions (text + pictures) on how users can connect a printer.
4. Send out the file.
5. profit.
