Is 1366x768 screen resolution suitable for graphics?

Is it possible to work comfortably in graphics programs (Ps, Ai, Cinema4D, AE, Figma, etc.) with a screen resolution of 1366x768?
And that is: to draw interfaces, including adaptive ones, logos, etc.

Logos yes. Everything else is not. The main problem is that it will take more time to work because of the need to zoom in and move objects more often, because of the need to constantly open / close tools.
Even at 1920x1080 it's not as comfortable to work as on a 2K-4K monitor or two 1920x1080 monitors, let alone 1366x768.

On the one hand, people once lived on VGA monitors and developed graphics... On the other hand, as you rightly pointed out above, it will be extremely uncomfortable to work with large pictures.

Responsive interfaces will definitely be very inconvenient, because you will not understand how they are displayed on large monitors. And their share of users is steadily growing.
On a small monitor, you will not have an adequate understanding of whether the width of the content area is sufficient, whether the font size is sufficient, and whether there are excessively large margins. In my opinion, this is much more critical than an uncomfortable working environment.
Therefore, pay attention not only to the resolution, but also to the diagonal of the monitor - 22-23 "is the minimum required, and better if the budget allows.

1280x1024 will be more comfortable. In general, of course FullHD is better.

I drew icons and illustrations at this resolution (chandelier, shop, blender). There was a large monitor on the table, but the desire to work on the couch outweighed it. Later I bought 2K monicos for 15k and there is no desire to get off it, moreover, now two-monicos are not enough for me. I would put the 3rd one, but there is no place on the table yet)
Ps the diagonal is less than 24 for the design - a waste of money.
