Away from the workplace, if you need to fix something, 13 inches is ideal, the dimensions allow you to carry it anywhere. If at the workplace - it would be reasonable to buy a monitor + 13 inches, it will be much more convenient than trying to work at 13-15 inches.

I work on 15" is very inconvenient, there is not enough screen to keep the layers open and work on the source. I moved to 24" + 15" grace :) Divided the workspace and mail / skype into two different screens, it became even more convenient
