IPTV provider, delays. Customize your buffer?
Hello.
The provider gives IPTV (most of the channels in the playlist are already in HTTP). Often friezes and buffering. Is it possible to put something on a home server (preferably Windows), so that it makes its own buffer, and gives it back with a delay of 1-2 minutes, but without friezes. VLC? How to setup?
