How to view a stream streamed with VLC on Android?

2 PC and android are in the same LAN.
I distribute video from a PC via VLC via RTSP with the h264 + mp3 (mp4) codec to the local network.
On the second PC, the stream opens, and on Android, with the help of VLC, an error appears (unknown artist).
tried rtsp player and a few other programs also does not open.
What is the problem?
