IPTV on Mac OS X Lion. How to setup?

After upgrading to lion, VLC stopped playing iptv. (A stream like udp://@239.192.1.3:1234)
I didn't configure anything for this on 10.6.6, it started playing out of the box.
On the next Air, the TV shows, so the problem is definitely not in the router.
Therefore, the question is rather to the routing settings in Unix / Linux:
What could be the problem? Where to dig? What to read? How to decide?

Try to explicitly specify the interface (IP address), for example, you are connected by cable and your IP on the laptop = 192.168.1.1 then enter it. Despite the fact that I have vlc under windows, the settings under mac os should be the same
