Ipsec Kerio 9 + Cisco, correct routing?

In general, it costs Kerio Control 9.2 version, everything seems to work in the office, Internet is distributed, forwarding works, but it took to make a VPN site to site with a provider (Cisco) for modems (huawei e303) 10.20.21.0 / 24 (VPN network). Our network is 192.168.10.0/25 .
The tunnel is up.
And then the problems started
1) Pings in one direction, that is, from the side of the modems in my direction there is even RDP, but not from my network.
2) Some group of clients with modems has an Outlook mail client that picks up mail from another provider's mail client, and it doesn't work.
How to correctly build a route for a network with modems? In the rules, everything seems to be open to everyone.
