How to recognize received OIDs?

There is a product KERIO Control. Walked through it SNMPwalk and got a list of OIDs. Now the question is which one is which? Their technical support will not help me in the near future, since there is one person and that one is sick =)
A list of about 200 values, some of them are understandable by Value (sections, mac-addresses, interface names), but how to recognize the rest?

You will need to get their MIBs . Maybe somewhere on the Internet, maybe on their website. Perhaps there are already plugins for cacti.

upd Found an answer on the developer forum that they use the standard SNMP IF-MIB
