IPS monitor hurts eyes, is it treated?

Hello everyone,
a week ago I replaced a 19" Samsung PVA monitor with a 23" asus vx239h. And I'm suffering for a week - all the text seems to be oversharpened, regardless of the ClearType settings. It hurts the eyes a lot. Color rendition is good, but because. I have to work a lot with text, my eyes get very tired.
Is it treated somehow settings or change?

@softshape

1) Do gymnastics for the eyes - they get crazy from the increase in light output
2) Adjust the illumination of the workplace - so that there is less contrast
3) Try to play with the color temperature - set it to a warmer one - this is better for working with fonts
4) Check that the connection is via HDMI /DVI/DisplayPort. No VGA!
5) Check that an adequate resolution is set (1920 * 1080 or so - the system itself will tell you)
From my own practice - my eyes will get used to somewhere in a couple of weeks
