iPad + App Store in Ukraine. How?

Yesterday I received my iPad and was quite surprised to see that Ukraine is not in the list of countries supported by the App Store.
Tell me, is it possible to bypass restrictions on registration in the App Store? How to buy fresh software and upgrade it?
I would like to know that jailbreak and manual search and installation of software is not the only solution in Ukraine.

register in the app store of any country where it is officially available. It is possible in the USA, it is possible in Russian.

Here is a good manual with screenshots . Once registered, you can use iTunes Gift Cards to make purchases.
I've been using it for 2 years now

The Raijfeisen Bank Ukraine card fit perfectly in the Russian appstore. The main thing is to temporarily disable cvv.
