How do I view the refund reason for an app in iTunes Connect?

Hello.
There is a paid application in the AppStore, which is bought several times a month. Two people have received refunds in the last two days, how do I view the refund reason for an app in iTunes Connect?
As I understand it, when a person returns money for an application, he indicates the reason, since the apple producers require this.
PS There are no failures in the analytics.

Unfortunately not. The information that the user indicates as the reason for the return is available only to Apple and, if possible, is used by them to justify refusal of a refund (which is not uncommon). They also lose money on returns. And don't worry too much about it. If there are a lot of returns, then I'm sorry, but your application is shit (although the Review Team would hardly miss such a product). And if these are isolated cases, then most likely banal rogues, lovers of everything to touch, and then quickly return the money (on Android, this is generally a problem).
