We are now using ip-telephony from one of the industry leaders, it also has CRM, but we have so far integrated with another CRM the quality, to be honest, is not particularly satisfactory. Constant micro-interruptions during a conversation (packet loss) when we call outgoing numbers are different (ours is one of Moscow).
What ip-telephony, from which companies do you use and are you satisfied with the quality and which ones did you use that were dissatisfied?
