IP on the router and on 2ip are different?
Good afternoon. I needed to forward the port at home. I decided to find out the wan address of the router interface. It turned out to be
100.XXX.XXX.36, I decided to look at the address on 2ip - 188.XXX.XXX.36 . The question is, what kind of ip does 2ip see, could you enlighten?
Moreover, I launched tracert, first internal ip 192.168.1.10, then logically external 100.ХХХ.ХХХ.36, then some more route addresses, but the one that shows 2ip did not light up in the route.

100.XXX.XXX.36 is the IP that the provider gave you and this address is gray, which means you cannot access it from the Internet. And this is the address 188.XXX.XXX.36, where the provider has NAT, through which it releases you to the Internet. Such a double NAT. Absolutely normal scheme for the provider. And in order to forward the port, you need to ask the provider for a white IP or ask him to first forward the port from 188.XXX.XXX.36 to your IP 100.XXX.XXX.36, and then forward this port on your router to the local IP of your computer.
