IOS push Notification + Ionic?

Good day to all.
So I decided to deal with IOS Push Notifications.
The first thing I did was a native application that just starts up, asks for permission to send notifications and actually receives notifications.
To send notifications, I used the Parse.com service.
Thus, I made sure that everything is set up correctly and works.
Then I switched to ionicframework + ngCordova (PushNotification plugin)
But nothing works here. When the application starts, it does not ask for permissions, well, it does not accept permissions. Who then implemented this functionality in such a bundle?
