iOS offline maps?

Greetings. Is there an iOS app with the ability to save a city map in advance? What is important:
1) Markings (hotels \ restaurants, etc.)
2) Maps for most countries (especially New Zealand is needed)
3) GPS and accelerometer
4) Preferably satellite images of

Galileo works with its own vector format. Maps of all countries of the world are available for download.
If you really need a satellite, you can use raster maps from different sources.

can also write gps tracks, put marks with a bunch of icons. Exchange them in KML/GPX.
