Investments in real start-ups, is it promising in Russian-speaking countries and on what platforms?
Perhaps some of you know Russian-speaking sites where you can invest in a real startup, whether it be: a coffee shop network, a soil composting business, alternative energy sources, electric car chargers, etc. And in return for the invested funds, to receive something like shares or shares that will bring dividends in the future, higher than bank deposits.

"And in return for the invested funds, to receive something like shares or shares that will bring dividends in the future, higher than bank deposits."
ANY business carries risks, therefore the condition "higher than bank deposits" is not entirely correct. No one can guarantee that the investment will pay off at all.
Under the current market conditions, investments in the real sector in the Russian Federation are on average low-loss, about 18% can count on a profit higher than the deposit. The situation has long been aggravated by active lawmaking and sudden taxes.
Without the control of the investee, this is money down the drain.
No need to invest so abstractly.
If you are not a large investor with a powerful staff of lawyers or other illegal means of influencing dishonest partners, then it is almost impossible to defend yourself in such small projects with the help of Russian legislation. Unless you yourself are involved in the project and control the situation from the inside. It all comes down to the legal system.
If you invest, then only in the Entertainment-sphere and in advance solid projects or in major players in this market.
You have to go to various hackathons, startup weekends, other it events
If you are just starting your journey in venture capital investment, it is better to work according to a European, proven system: 90% of the investment is yours, 10% of the company's founder.
It is better to personally work directly with investees - it is more reliable if you can control them.
And if you don’t want to, you just want to give the loot and get the loot - then this is called investment funds .
And you can also listen to the opinion of a specialist on the features of investing in the Russian Federation:
“Remember the joke when all the students at the school were seated in classes - from morons to talented ones, and Vovochka was put in a class with the inscription “Vovochka”? – during our conversation Arkady Moreinis asks me. - Here I am now in approximately the same situation: everyone around is "venture investors" and "business angels", and I, if you like, are "the devil." I don’t draw pictures of entrepreneurs looking for investments and a bright future, but I honestly say: “in Russia, you shouldn’t build a business based on the sale of a company - you will have to earn money, while having nightmares, plow, stay up at night and risk your money.” In this role of the "dark knight" - by the way, on his personal website darkside.vcthe figure of Darth Vader flaunts - Arkady Moreinis appears, who stood at the origins of the Russian startup movement, and now has switched to the “dark side”. Arkady told us why he was disappointed in the idea of building a venture economy in Russia on the same principles as in the United States, and also why he is now looking for future Zuckerbergs among high school students as well.

If you have read / seen enough about the USA - forget it.
In Russia, everything is different. Here, business brings loot, so investments are not very promising.
There are platforms, but with dividends there it is difficult. I myself am looking for an opportunity to invest in Western startups, preferably in IT. If you invest successfully, the interest there will be much higher than that of banks.
there are few platforms, for a simple one, exactly one: Finam
has options in Sberbank and VTB, if there was money
in startups in the Russian Federation, no one invests in startups, only in a working one, for a startup you need to understand the market, this is 99% - USA ONLY (yes, yes, Uber , Airbnb, we know ... not the USA .. yu), but this mentality and the way of life in general are completely different ...
So far, I haven’t found a single relevant Russian-language platform with startups, who will be the first to implement that something like this here will collect a lot of cream - IMHO)
Invest only in what you understand. And you understand why it should shoot. Otherwise, the risk is too great.
This topic is also interesting, in the west everything sounds pretty easy from acquaintances, but we have a lot of difficulties here.
