Good afternoon dear community. Please tell me, when paying for the services of an internetbs domain registrar with a Privatbank card, is it necessary that the account from which the funds are debited be in dollar terms, or will the bank independently convert the required amount into dollars at its own rate?
I'm also interested in what you think about this registrar: quality / reliability / service. And is it necessary to send a scan of the passport when registering a domain name in the .com zone?

Everything is OK, there are a couple of domains. I usually pay WebMoney, but as far as I remember, you can also pay in rubles.
Scans are not required. There is a special verification procedure there to get a small discount on the domain. But I didn't go through it.
