How to make subdomains automatically?

Hello. There is a website builder, you need to make domains like: toster.construct.ru, we have cloudflare as DNS, they have an api for adding records to DNS , the only problem is how to make apache create a subdomain? The server (vps) runs under Ubuntu, the service is in php.
