I'm trying to install QT. I can’t understand why, but the speed is 40 kb / s, but it should be ~ 1 mb / s. Moreover, the speed increases to 1 Mb / s at the time of connection, and then decreases. At the same time, I can watch videos on YouTube at 720 without freezing.
(Jumps occur at the moment of connecting to wi fi)

Do you have all the equipment from your home computer to the server with QT - under your control to say this?
The provider promises you the speed "TO N". No one can guarantee the speed of "FROM N" in principle: congestion of channels, accidents, that's all.
