In recent days, I have been observing a periodic drop in the speed of the Internet connection. In those support of the Internet provider, they said that the problem was not with them, and also that I was not the first one who applied for this problem. I use a Mikrotik router and before that (about 2 years) it worked stably, so I dismissed it as a possible problem. The question is, has anyone experienced this in recent days? Could this be a problem with RIP and not my local ISP?
