Good afternoon. Please let me know if this configuration is possible. I mean subnet mask
IPv4 address: 192.168.19.250
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.19.1
Or is it correct to write 255.255.0.0 ?

It is correct to write the same mask that is indicated for the PCs adjacent to the printer. So it fits that the first, that the second, but it will work normally only with the one that matches the masks of the computers that use the printer.
